Vacationers’ Booking Guidelines:
We are excited to be working with you and look forward to providing you with a most delicious and memorable dining experience! To hold / book a date with us, we require a deposit of approximately half of the total amount of your order. If you aren’t yet decided on your menu selections, we can discuss an appropriate amount to secure your date, and will tweak things with you as the date gets closer. Zelle payments are our preferred method of payment; we also take Square payments which will necessitate an added service fee. The remainder due is to be paid at the end of your event. Wait Staff is to be paid separately with Zelle, cash or check.
Rental Mansion Guidelines for service:
Kindly review the following details so as to ensure a productive and smooth operation once we arrive. Please have the kitchen, patio, and dining areas ready for action. Garbage, recycling, sinks and dishwashers should be empty, and all main counters clear of dishes, glasses, food, bottles, cell phones, iPads, cords, sunscreen, personal items, etc. If clean-up service is necessary, please be aware that this will be added to your bill and could impact your scheduled start time. Also, if possible, please leave room in the refrigerators for leftovers.
Upon their arrival, the chefs will present you with your final invoice and will depart once the main course is served. Wait staff will remain to clear, serve dessert, wrap and put away leftover food, and take care of kitchen clean-up / garbage removal. They will present you with their invoice upon leaving. Any rental items left for your enjoyment will be picked up the morning of your check-out date.
